Going to Nashville!
In April of this year Artist/Muralist Joe Nix and Myself along with Talented Filmer Chris Word will be painting a new mural on the outside of this house! The house was awarded the 2011 residence of the year from the American Institute of Architects.

Mural at UC Berkley
Just finished this dope mural at UC Berkley featuring Searius, Rome and Myself (in the middle). OSH, PT, and Lords crew killin it all damn day! This was painted during the time I was in Oakland for the “Sweeping of giants” art show at the Old Crow Gallery

Just love Prismacolors
So right after getting home from Oakland I jumped head first into getting sketches done for a new Mural Ad here in Seattle. The project is top secret for now however it will be getting painted this spring, and it is gonna blow up a certain thriving neighborhood. In order to get the look and feel the client was looking for I needed to have the right tools. I gotta say Prismacolor came through on the colored pencils. Ive used them for years but when I went to get started on the sketch I noticed that my collection was dwindling. I went to my local Daniel smith art supply store and snagged a Premier set of these fine colored pencils. I first started with a color wash of marker as a light base then added the colored pencil over the top to render the composition. I’m addicted! i love how soft and rich the pencils are and how easily they blend. I think all my color sketches are going to be done this way from now on!
